Business owners are responsible for ensuring that the information provided in their profile is accurate and up to date.
4. One Profile Per Mobile Number
Unless specifically permitted by Bazaar Branded, one business profile should be associated with one registered mobile number.
5. Business Posts and Videos
Business owners may upload images, videos and posts related to their products or services.
Uploaded content must be relevant to the business and must not violate these Terms & Conditions.
6. Prohibited Content
Users must not upload or publish content that is illegal, obscene, abusive, misleading, threatening or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
- Obscene or sexually explicit content.
- Illegal or harmful content.
- Fraudulent or deliberately misleading information.
- Content intended to harass or threaten others.
- Content that violates another person's rights.
7. Copyright and Music
Users must have appropriate rights or permission to use images, videos, music, logos and other copyrighted material that they upload.
Users should not use copyrighted songs or music as background audio without the necessary permission or licence.
8. Business Contact Information
Business owners may provide phone numbers, WhatsApp numbers, email addresses, websites and location details so that customers can contact them.
9. Customer Features
Customers may browse business profiles, posts and videos without necessarily creating an account.
Features such as Follow and Rating may require a registered customer account.
10. Ratings and Reviews
Ratings and reviews should be genuine and based on the user's actual experience. Users must not submit fraudulent, abusive or misleading ratings.
11. Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and should not share passwords or OTPs with other people.
12. Suspension or Deletion
Bazaar Branded may restrict, suspend or remove profiles, posts or videos that violate these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.
13. Changes to the Platform
Bazaar Branded may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features of the platform from time to time.
14. Third-Party Services
Some features may depend on third-party services such as hosting, communication, payment or other technical providers. Their respective terms may also apply.
